We use a milestone model so both sides know what is being built, when payment is due, and when ownership transfers.
Scope and acceptance
We define the feature-by-feature scope, assumptions, exclusions, revision rounds, and acceptance criteria.
Deposit and terms
Build starts after signed terms and the default 50% upfront payment unless another schedule is agreed.
Working demonstration
You review the scoped build against acceptance criteria. The next milestone is due after demonstration.
Handoff
Final payment is completed before source-code handover and IP transfer.
Warranty or support
A 14-day defect warranty covers agreed scope. Maintenance, monitoring, and uptime are optional paid services.
